Chairman - Simon Taylor
Simon has an outstanding track record in developing products both in the corporate
world during his early career with Toshiba Information Systems and Cable & Wireless,
and in the last decade as an entrepreneur and investor. In 1995 he founded Interoute
Products, part of Interoute Telecoms (later re-named Telecom FM), which developed
telecom routers and soft switch products, and gained substantial market share
throughout Europe within the first 5 years. Simon is a founder of NQuire Ltd
and Group Chairman and founder of Saiph Group which focuses on IP telephony and
convergence and has major customers in both the public and private sectors.
CEO - Nick Razey
Nick has over 25 years experience in the telecoms industry. He is a
Physics graduate, MBA and Chartered Engineer. After 10 years in Cable & Wireless
he co-founded Interoute and was involved in the planning of i-21 dark fibre network
throughout Europe, subsequently growing the business to revenues of £200mn. Nick
is a Non-Executive Director of Saiph Group.
Finance Director - Robert Edwards
Robert is a Chartered Accountant and has over 30 years experience in high level
finance roles within large corporates, including Price Waterhouse Cooper and
PepsiCo, as well as in SME organisations in various industry sectors. He is Group
Finance Director for Saiph Group.
Non-Executive Director - Dr Simon Orebi Gann
Dr Orebi Gann is one of the UK’s most experienced CIOs. Before his seven years as CIO for BP Supply and Trading, he was Managing Director of Technology and Business Strategy at the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE), where he was responsible for the conception, creation, delivery and implementation of LIFFE CONNECT, the world leading automated trading platform.
Previously, Dr Orebi Gann held senior IT executive positions at Marks & Spencer, where he developed and implemented food, clothing and homewares supply chain systems, established a data centre, and installed the first voice and data communication systems. He has also served on two British government advisory committees, recommending priorities for their funding of IT research. More recently, Dr Orebi Gann has served on the board of US company Mapinfo, the leading provider of Location Intelligence solutions. |
